SHIPPING POLICY

At JAAVYA, we believe the unboxing experience begins the moment you place your order. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process, dispatch, and deliver your products — with full transparency and no hidden conditions.
1. FREE SHIPPING — NO CONDITIONS
JAAVYA offers complimentary shipping on every order, across every pin code in India. No minimum order value. No hidden delivery charges. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
2. WHERE WE SHIP
We ship pan India — to all states and union territories across the country, including Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities.
Delivery to certain remote, high-altitude, or restricted areas (including parts of Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and Lakshadweep) may take longer than our standard timeline or may occasionally be subject to serviceability limitations imposed by our logistics partners. If your pin code is unserviceable at the time of ordering, you will be notified before payment is processed.
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
3. ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH
Once your order is confirmed and payment is successfully received:

Orders are processed and quality-checked within 1–2 working days

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day
We do not dispatch orders on national public holidays, regional Delhi holidays, or during any declared force majeure event.
4. DELIVERY TIMELINE
After dispatch, standard delivery timelines are:
Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 working days
Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities: 4–6 working days
Remote and Rural Areas: 6–8 working days
Overall pan India estimated delivery: 5–7 working days from the date of order placement, inclusive of processing time.
These are estimated timelines provided by our logistics partners — Blue Dart and Amazon Easy Ship. Actual delivery may vary due to local conditions, public holidays, weather disruptions, or logistics network constraints beyond our control.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

A dispatch confirmation email at your registered email address

A tracking number linked to our logistics partner's tracking portal

SMS or WhatsApp updates from the logistics partner directly, where available
You can track your order at any time using the tracking number provided. For any tracking issues, email us at care@jaavya.com with your order number and we will assist within 48 hours.
6. ATTEMPTED DELIVERY, FAILED DELIVERY, AND REFUSED DELIVERY
Our logistics partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times at your registered address. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts due to unavailability or an incorrect address, the package will be returned to our facility.
In the event of a failed delivery:

If the address provided was incorrect or incomplete — JAAVYA is not liable for non-delivery. Re-shipping charges will apply if you request a re-dispatch.

If the failure was due to a logistics error — we will arrange a re-dispatch at no additional cost to you.
In the event of an intentional refusal of delivery:

If you refuse to accept a dispatched order at your doorstep due to a change of mind, the package will be returned to our facility.

A refund will be processed in accordance with Section 7 of our Refund & Returns Policy, subject to the deduction of actual reverse logistics charges incurred.

Intentional refusal does not constitute an order cancellation and will not be treated as one.

Please ensure your delivery address, floor number, landmark, and mobile number are accurate at the time of checkout. We are unable to modify delivery addresses once an order has been dispatched.
7. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
In the rare event that your order arrives physically damaged due to handling during transit:

Do not discard the packaging

Photograph or video the package and the damaged product immediately upon opening

Email care@jaavya.com within 48 hours of delivery with the subject line: DAMAGED ORDER — [Your Order Number]

Include your photographs, order number, and registered mobile number
We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Full details are outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy available at jaavya.com.
8. DELAY IN DELIVERY
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:

First, check your tracking number for real-time status updates

If the tracking shows no movement for more than 3 working days, email us at care@jaavya.com with the subject line: DELAYED ORDER — [Your Order Number]

We will raise an investigation with our logistics partner within 24 hours of your email

If the order is confirmed delayed beyond a reasonable period or lost in transit, we will dispatch a replacement at no additional cost
JAAVYA is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, government-imposed restrictions, or other force majeure events outside our control. We will communicate proactively if such events affect your order.
9. IMPORTANT — BEFORE YOU ORDER
To ensure smooth and secure delivery, please note the following:

Verify your full delivery address including pin code, floor, and landmark before placing your order

Ensure your registered mobile number is active and reachable — logistics partners will call before delivery in some cases

JAAVYA is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

We do not deliver to PO Boxes

Do not accept tampered shipments: If the outer shipper box or JAAVYA-branded packaging tape appears visibly cut, torn, tampered with, or resealed upon delivery, do not accept the package from the courier agent. Refuse it on the spot and email us immediately at care@jaavya.com with the subject line: TAMPERED SHIPMENT — [Your Order Number]. We will arrange a fresh dispatch at no cost to you.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Shipping Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India and shall be read in conjunction with our Refund & Returns Policy and Terms & Conditions available on jaavya.com.
